Thrive at Warfield, with consent of Warfield Companies, requests Planning Commission feedback on a proposed process to initiate site plan review on Parcel B. Following the BZA's February 24, 2026 verbal decision upholding the Zoning Administrator's required process (Case #2025-04), the applicants submitted a March 10, 2026 letter proposing a simultaneous review of concept and preliminary PEC plan amendments covering changes to Parcels E/F (completed subdivision), Parcel D (rehabilitation), Building F, and Parcel B (proposed assisted living facility).
