Historic District Commission Application

The HDC Application packet (2023 edition) contains the application for Certificate of Approval and a sign application for projects in the Sykesville Historic District. Applications must be submitted by 4:00 PM on the second Wednesday of the month; the Commission reviews them at its fourth-Wednesday meetings. Fees: $15 residential, $25 commercial, $50 for work in progress without a permit.
