Proposes two signs: (1) applied wall sign 48"x18"x1.5" thick above main door and centered above double doors on Oklahoma Avenue; (2) oval hanging business sign 30"x19"x2" thick above rear door on Oklahoma Avenue, 96" above sidewalk and 3.1 sq ft per face.
